Toasted Salty Coconut Chips

Sprinkle unsweetened coconut chips in a single layer on a baking sheet layered with parchment paper.

Broil on low for 2-5 minutes, keeping a close eye on them and removing when golden brown.

While still warm, sprinkle the coconut chips with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt and allow to cool.

Once cool, you will have a salty, crunchy snack to enjoy!
