Hello everyone, I hope you have had a lovely week. The weather has definitely been having fun with us by one day being sunny and absolutely gorgeous to the next day being chilly and rainy. Now I will admit, I am not a fan of the cold or the rain (except during the summer, I love summer rain) or the gray skies. I come from a tropical country and even though I’ve lived in the U.S. since I was 8 years old, I still can’t get used to the winter. Chicken Broth
This warm hug in a cup not only soothes your soul, but has great health benefits. Simply save the carcass and remaining juice from your organic whole chicken, place it in a small stock pot, add approximately 3/4 gallon of water to cover the 1/2-2/3 of the carcass.
