Hello everyone: I love this time of the year, not only because the weather is so great which means more outdoor time for me and the kids (great way to get some vitamin D) but also because the farmer’s markets near my office are back. That’s right, I said markets. I am lucky to work in downtown and have access to a farmer’s market on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Combine those with my regular Saturday farmer’s market and my family is pretty much eating seasonal fruits and veggies all week long and that means finding fun ways to incorporate more vegetables and fruit into our diets.
