Chicken Broth

  • This warm hug in a cup not only soothes your soul, but has great health benefits.
  • Simply save the carcass and remaining juice from your organic whole chicken, place it in a small stock pot, add approximately 3/4 gallon of water to cover the 1/2-2/3 of the carcass.
  • Bring water to a boil and then cover and let simmer for an hour or more.
  • There are ways to increase the healthy-punch of your chicken broth, but this is an easy, fast method.
